The University Choir & Orchestra is Jessup Music's largest performance group, with over 95 students. The University Choir & Orchestra performs 25 concerts a year, and tours twice annually to Oregon, Northern California, the Bay Area, and Central California. The University Choir & Orchestra is directed by Tom Ruscica.

Jessup Concert Choir is the women's ensemble, featuring 25 students. Jessup Concert Choir performs locally in churches, and their repertoire includes gospel, worship anthems, spirituals, and classical songs. Jessup Concert Choir is directed by Lyndsay Barham. 

The Crossroads performance group is a small ensemble, featuring students with the highest level of musicianship . Crossroads performs locally in churches, features student arrangements, and covers a wide range of genres, including folk, acapella, rock, and contemporary worship.
